What are the Chakras?

The chakra system originated in India over 4,000 years ago. Chakras are energy centers, with seven main chakras that line up parallel to our spine to the crown of our head. Chakras can become unbalanced producing harmful symptoms including anxiety, depression, negative behavioral patterns, addictions, eating disorders and more, all impacting our emotional, physical, and spiritual health. There are many ways to help balance our chakras and heal imbalances including Chakradance™, yoga asanas, meditation, reiki, essential oils, crystals, solfeggio frequencies, color, affirmations, and more.
